1. Service

Reveal-AI provides tools to analyze media and text for likely AI generation or manipulation. Results are probabilistic and not guarantees. Use judgment when acting on results.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Keep your password safe and let us know about suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions and tokens

• Subscriptions provide a monthly allowance of reveals that resets each period.
• Tokens are one-time units you can spend when you have no subscription allowance left.
• We may adjust plan features and pricing prospectively. We’ll notify you if changes affect your active plan.

4. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by a third‑party provider. We don’t store full card details.
• Subscription charges recur until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Token purchases are non‑recurring. Refunds are evaluated case‑by‑case where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Reveal-AI to violate laws, infringe rights, or harass others.
• No automated scraping or abuse of rate limits.
• Only upload content you have the right to analyze. i.e, content you own, public content, or content you have the authorization to use.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reveal-AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation terms above apply to subscriptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
